What kind of proof should i send to prove my study permit

My application(study visa) just got approved and i updated my study permit status for residence at university of manitoba. They are asking for a pic or letter, just anything to show the proof that the decision has been approved

But now i dont what kind of proof i need to send, will one screenshot showing the final decision,my name,UCI and application number be enough? (i was just not feeling at ease sending the uci)
