What is TMD in Canadian Immigration File No. ie B######### TMD

I lodged my Application in Dec 2007 under FSW PR. I have been requested to submit the doc in Dec 2008 and docs submitted in Mar 2009. Medicals & RPRF is called for in Sept 2009 and Medical done in Oct 2009.Now its under security check.

When they request for medicals and RPRF, CHC added TMD with my Immigration File No. I couldn't find anywhere what is meant by TMD.

Anyone knows about it? please help.
