What is the safest way to get PR cards if outside Canada

My PR Card has been issued and received in the mail in Canada. However, I already have departed Canada and would need to go back and settle in few months time.

I would like to know which is the safest and legal way to mail my PRC to my address outside Canada?

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have a family member/friend deliver the PR card to your address outside Canada!

Alternatively, FedEx or DHL with a fully tracked and insured courier service. Do not use normal surface/airmail postal services. Make sure it's sent from a real courier office, not just an agent.
