What is the processing time under ICT Category

Dear Friends,

I submitted my Documents under ICT Category for Canada on 21st Feb 2012, can any one suggest me what is the processing time under ICT since most of my collegues got Visa with in 5 business days.

I heard now a days CHC tightened ICT Visas for everyone.

Sorry for not posting total details.

I submmitted my Documents under ICT Category for Canada in India Delhi embassy and Canada Embassy received my documents on 22nd February 2012 still under processing, can any one please suggest me the processing time of Visa timelines now a days

The web site states 20 working days.
