What is the processing time for PR for in-Canada applicants as of 2015?

Does any one know the processing time for PR, who are already in Canada? Specifically the ones who applied in 2015. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
*if it makes any difference, this is for people who have already been nominated under the SINP.

Completely unpredictable the processing time by province..

In the case of SINP, in 2015 they nominated people after 4 months.
