What is the process to enter in PNP?

Hi,

If someone has complete knowledge as how to enter in the stream for PNP then it will be helpful for me. TO be eligible for this stream, Do I have to get more points in my CRS to get select to? Moreover, what are the benefits if go with PNP rather than Express Entry.
