What is the process for renewing or extending a post graduate work permit?

My PGWP might expire before I get the final decision on PR application. I have a permanent job with a Canadian employer and was wondering what is required for a PGWP extension/renewal.

I suppose you cannot renew or extend your Post Graduate work permit.

You need to find an employer who would get an LMO for you and you can file for a TFW work permit
