They didn't even send me 'auto responder' for 3 mails since 5th.
Also avoid sending multiple email request to VFS as it will only create pileup on their side, which will cause further delays. Let me which email id did you send your query?
 
Does anyone sent for passport submission ? I find the VFS status updates and corresponding times totally weird. Their timestamps say that they are processing at 3am and 5 am, which is 'hard to believe'

I think the time stamp for their reply could be cause they are working in different time zones.
We got passport request in July. Emailed VFS on Nov 14 after instructions were posted online. We sent 2 email. Email came late evening on Nov 19and had time stamp of afternoon. We replied Nov 19 night. Now waiting for next step.
 
I tried something like visiting a browser history url (now I saved that link).

It's strange really to see if I visit through new link it says no record. If I use old (history) link, it gives me status. Same URL.
