What is the next step after taking the Medical Exam for Spousal Sponsorship?

I have done my medical on 30th of July and it was received after 3 days. And my spouse is from Philippines and I am from Nepal so they asked me to submit relevant documents to prove our marriage. So I have submitted all documents. Now I am here in UAE and all documents i submitted in Canadian Embassy,Abu Dhabi. The Problem is my contract is finished with company and with in few days I am going to Nepal. So if they ask me to submit my passport, what is the best possible way to submit here in Abu Dhabi? How long does it take to call for passport?
