Hey Guys, I got my eCopr on May 19th, and I can see in my IRCC profile that my express entry (PNP via EE) application is approved. In the PR portal, I can see my address and photo are still under review. What is the next step from here? How can I know if they sent my PR card? Do I need to start a new application for a PR card?

From what I know, you shouldn’t have to start a new application after your CoPR… They should automatically issue the PR card after your “landing”. You might have to link the PR card application to your main one though, I remember having to do something similar…
