Are you eligible for Express Entry based on your age, language (IELTS), education (ECA) and work experience? Your experience will qualify but whether you have high enough points for invitation is determined by those 4 factors.

competition for banking jobs is extremely high. You seem to have a good job in India and assume you likely have a good quality of life. You will likely lower your quality of life if moving to Canada and there is a very good chance you will not get a banking job in Canada. Most banks are trying to scale down the number of employees they have especially when it comes to branches. What are your reasons and goals when it comes to immigration To Canada?

Do you work in banking? This isn't really correct.

There's actually not enough talent right now and the big banks are having trouble filling roles. There's some minimal scaling back of branch staff, but other teams are growing in size - they are not shrinking.

Not enough talent is a huge problem for us right now (not just financial services but also related industries like consulting).
