What is the cost to obtain a RAMQ card as a new resident of Quebec?

Hello,
I have an appointment with work to obtain my health card on Monday, but I am currently experiencing financial difficulties. Other than the cost of the photo, does anyone know the full expense of obtaining a health card? Although I checked the official site, it is unclear on the specific fees and I may have overlooked it.
