What is TFR eligibility

Hello everyone I just got my atip. There is a reason on my status that is TFR ELIGIBILITY. Can anybody help me out what is that

Thank you for your reply as I have the same question. My App Status Reason shows TFR ELIGIBILITY, My husband's file moved to New Delhi VIsa Office on Feb.2020 so for me what I should understand?

I believe it means "eligibility under Temporary Foreign worker Requirements"

Did you apply for citizenship? If yes did you claim time in Canada as temporary foreign worker ?

No man this is for my permanent residence , citizenship is long way from now ? Do you know anything what does it mean for Pr application ?
