What is 'IQAS Reference Number' in Request of Academic Records form

I am using IQAS service to get my degree equivalence. There is a form called 'Request of Academic Records'

'Request of Academic Records' Form has a field 'IQAS Reference Number' which I need to fill in.

Can someone guide me what is 'IQAS Reference Number. As I can't find anything related in confirmation email.

Is IQAS Reference number same as 'File Number'? or something else. Where can I find my IQAS reference number.

Hi everyone. I am a Newbie. I am having troubles identifying what my IQAS reference number is. I can only see the file number not sure if this is also the reference number. I have made payment for ECA IQAS fee, currently trying to fill the Academic Records Request Form. My challenge is what to put down as the IQAS reference number. I'd appreciate all the help/info I can get on this.
