what is different between in and of (WES)

Hello all
now i am in WES adding credential page
i'm also put picture from what i mean
what is different between these two :

1. Certificate in business administration
   
2. Certificate of business administration

can you please say if someone gets a Certificate for "two or more certification option"
course with 400 hours in MBA (certainly it's not master degree just given as a certificate plus bachelor to obtain more scores just this)
which option should be selected ?

• master business administration
• or
• certificate in/of business administration

You should be able to choose the most appropriate selection by looking at the name of the diploma issued to you by your institution.
