any difference their results . Whether CHC treat both equally? there is any differences in Band score and in preparation material

One pointer for you, when you do the writing section, don't write in SMS shorthand.

There is no difference between British Council IELTS and AEO ( Australian Education office) IELTS, you can register and take the test with either at your ease. Both sites conduct the same IELTS test. However if you are taking the test in Pakistan there is a slight difference in fee between the two. All institutions and Government bodies around the world treat both equally. There is no difference in band score and practice material
