what is d best option to study in canada??? after my masters in india

There is only a Durham University in the UK. There is a Durham college in Canada and no you cannot study P.hd there or any other college.
if u have work experience and good band score try of express entry it will be the best option of u otherwise must contact supervisors of universities and convince them about your intentions to study phd latter one getting LOA and apply for the visa.
