The AOR from your Visa Office is a generic mail; usually only photocopied or printed from a single template, with your file number and the date added. So, the waiting times reported are only average processing times at your Visa/Office.

another question is I had roughly 4 years and 9 months experience in noc 4131 but 31 hrs a week only on part time basis, so what you think it will give 21 marks in experience? i was doing that work part time and have a regular job that was not in the 38 occupation list.
i had 6.5 bands overall do you think they are fine for 4131 NOC?
please reply i am having sleepless nights

Yes, give them a tinkle after 15-20 days. Remember: it takes 2-3 months to Xcheck any addnl doc that u send them - whether asked for or voluntarily sent.

Part-time jobs r acceptable. However, CIC will equate them against Full-time Experience (aka 40 hrs-a-week) in their parlance.

U r delaying your case yourself. Why didn't u send those transcripts in the 1st place? It's always advisable to send any & every doc in one package... besides, any addnl updates/docs should be sent to CHC asap, as it occurs/available.

One shouldn't wait for the CHC to ask for it. 'coz, if the docs r incomplete, the VO will release BF'D after BF'D - that's unless the doc was qualifying & the file gets jeopardized for lack of it.

Remember: Every time the VO asks for something - u get an unnecessary BF'D. And nothing moves in between, unless that item is recd. Also note - usually the BF'Ds r month long, if not longer.

Qorax pls, could I draw yr attention on my situation....?

I had sent full doc. on 18th March 2010 at CHC ND. On may 10 ,2010 my file was updated as In PROCESS and I had got additional doc. Request dated for same date(10 may 2010) to clarify more on my employment letter with 30 days deadline date. It was submitted on 2nd june 2010. Towards the last week of June my employer had got a verification call asking for a single question if he knows me . He had replied that I am one of the employee at his institution than he was thanked for the information and informed that the information was enough for that time as he had asked if they need anything more about me.

Since than I have not got any info. and my ECAS shows IN PROCESS, sometime they change my mailing address for my representative and sometime for me. They have removed my old application record frm ECAS almost 1 month ago. I am not contacted directly yet.

But, neither I have got any info of Interview appointment nor Medical request rather almost all April applicants of my NOC has got their medicals but I have got nothing yet, so what might be my application status, could you pls guess?
pls be informed that one of the T. No of my employer between Two ( printed on company letterhead) has been changed now a days but I have not informed about it to VO as I have sent even Cell no of my Principal with his business card and one T. No of letterhead is still in use)

It's a "deadline" BF'D. Meaning? - by then your file should have been decided upon, else - a "must" review date.
