According to Wikipedia "Actuarial science is the discipline that applies mathematical and statistical methods to assess risk in insurance, finance and other industries and professions. Actuarial science includes a number of interrelated subjects, including mathematics, probability theory, statistics, finance, economics, and computer science"

Mean computer science is also included
I don´t think so.... there is a specific bachelor degree for Actuarial Science. Computer Science is mentioned because Actuarial uses subjects of it among others

This is correct. Actuarial Science is a separate degree from Computer Science.

In addition one must be a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries to practice in Canada as an actuary which requires completion of a series of examinations and Canadian experience.
