So I've been asking for a while around about this topic and couldn't really get a straight answer because people say one thing, CIC website states another and so on.

So,

I have 2 years of Canadian Experience. The question is: Can I claim points for Job Offer?
I am reading through
this https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

and this http://www.immigrationnews.ca/2019/03/18/everything-post-graduation-work-permit/

Can somebody explain me all of that or where can I find a knowledgeable consultant?
I am on PGWP so I am exempt from LMIA, right? And I work for my company for a year already, does it make a valid job offer?

Short answer is no.

As said above, you need an approved LMIA to claim the 50 points. This is because you are on an open work permit and your employer isn't named on your work permit. What you have right now does not qualify as a job offer under EE.
