What if the work exp. is not verifyable due to new management

what if our previous work experiance (more that 7,8 yrs ago ) is not verified by the new management
do we still get our points based on the employement proof we submitted??
(Tax docs, Salary slips, experiance letter)
And for the new job after filing for immigration (2 yr exp with the new job- after i filled in 2007) - do we get points for this?

Yes, You get the point for your experience. Changing staff is common now a day. Visa office has the trick to track the new staffs.

Visa office verify directly to the owner or director of the company and mostly owner never change.

You need to send business card of head of the company, they track by business card provided by you. You may track website, registration letter, landlines phone etc..

YES

You can get point for work experience if noc belong to Skill Type O,A or B.
