I was trying to send the transcripts through the University but they are purely refusing saying that they wont . MDU ROHTAK There saying send it yourself what is the solution . Would be glad if someone could guide

WES requires that the Uni itself sent out the transcripts. If your Uni is not willing then better look at other ECA agencies apart from WES. Good luck.
