WHAT IF I CANT GET MEDICAL EXAM FROM MY DEPENDANT OUTISE CANADA

SO that is my situation. i am "fighting" with my daughters mother last 20 days to do medical exam for my daughter(14years) back home . we shared custody . but she is tottally crazy and I cant get my daughters ME . i didnt get yet MR so i am trying to get on time becouse i knew that she would make me problems . but whatever her mother doesnt want to take her to panel psyhician to do ME . what should i do? anybody in my situation? any sugestions? tnx in advance

If she does not do it you have to set up a declaration that your daughter will not do the medical and that you know that she therewith will be forever exempt of family sponsoring and that you wish to proceed without her. Then go get it notarized
And send it to cic.

This is how you can proceed without her. If you are married to the child's mother you have to do the same statement in regards of her.

There is no option then for them to ever get sponsored through you to come to canada then.
