What i will do after medical exam

Iam from srilanka
I did the medical exam for canadian residence vesa for live with my wife because my wife is a canadian .
1)I did the medical exam and how can i conform it?
2)how can i get my medical report?
3) my panel physician what will do my medial report
4)now i have police clerance report .what will i do ? And where will i submit ?
Pls hindly infom to me

1). You Can confirm it to your visa office by replying to their E-mail which you received earlier asking you for the medical request along with your E-Medical receipt/form.
2). You should have your E-medical form if you have completed your Medical
3). Your panel physician will automatically send your medical report to the CIC(Your visa office)
4). Read the E-mail carefully if the Police Clearance certificate is being asked in the mail then you can simply send them the same otherwise wait till they request for it.
