What happens when you select not accompanying in EE application, but got ITA

Hey folks

I have been reading alot and trying to understand these processes and policies

Can you change the 'accompaning status' question to 'accompanying' from not accompanying ....after you recieved the ITA.

In other words what if you put a spouse is not accompanying you, but after you got the ITA you want to include the spouse as accompanying, can that occur.

If you do that and submit the application, then they will recalculate your points, and would be rejected if the points with spouse fall below cutoff. CIC is not that stupid to keep some loophole for people to get easy invite.
