What happens to NOI if I get a rejection?

Hello everyone,

After I received NOI from Ontario, I also received an ITA. I went with ITA obviously, and I'm currently in AOR state.

My question is, if for some reason I get arejection, what happens to my NOI? Will I still be able to use it or will my profile be completely gone?

The average processing time for the EE is 6 month, and your NOI is valid for 6 months only. So most probably the NOI will be expired while your application is still in process.
Even if we assumed that you will be rejected; By using NOI you might get PNP nomination (extra $1500 as well) which gives you extra 600 points and again you will receive ITA and again the same EE process that you have passed through before, but this time you have rejection history!

So hope for the best and ignore the NOI

Thanks for the reply. But after the rejection, will my EE profile stay, or will it be deleted? Becuase if it is deleted, it would take the NOI with it.
