what happens to application that is NOT submitted

Query regarding what happens to application that is NOT submitted ?

Initially I had hired consultant but after charging he stopped giving assistance and was not picking calls. I requested him not to work on my file. Now he is not deleting from his portal and I'm not able to delete from mine as it gives technical error. We are now working on new application that principal applicant created.

Will the older (not submitted) profile create any issue?

Nope. It will just stay there. As long as it is not submitted it won't affect you in any way.
