What happen if I miss the deadline by 4 weeks?

No no delete, I am in that situation but 3 and a half week late
Here is the story I was asked to provide a document 30 days after the date on the letter otherwise they will process my application with the information in hands. the date was June 24th. So I guess the deadline was July 24th. However I did not submit it in time and did not inform the CIC about it. My application last update was on June 24th to tell me they sent me a letter requesting docs.
I will get the document Friday, do you think the CIC will accept them or reject them if I ship them Friday? Or is my application already processed?
