What duration is considered as late registration for birth certificate

Hi everyone,

My spouse is the principal applicant and we both do not have any children. She is from India.
My spouse's month/year of birth was in April 1995 but her birth registration in India was done in September 1995. I am not sure if this would be a late registration. Any idea on this?

Not really familiar with the issue, but I would guess no, likely late registraton means a year or more.

At any rate: apply and see if IRCC asks for more or something specific later.
