It means your application will be reassessed and your final decision has been withdrawn. Depending on the result of the reassessment, your application will be either refused or approved.
Looking at your past postings, it seems like your sponsor withdrew the application. If that’s the case, your application will likely be refused. If not, you should find a paid representative or a lawyer who can help you. As withdrawing application is a big red flag even you withdraw the withdrawal.
