What does this mean?

I submitted my application packet completed with all documents to the Buffalo consulate on 11th November before the new guidelines for sending applications were issued. My occupation is included in the list of 38. I received an AOR on 18th March saying that the application would be reviewed according to ministerial instructions and I would be contacted again. My online application status shows the following message "We started processing your application on March 18, 2009". So does this mean that they are still reviewing eligibility or they have started processing the actual application package? Since I had sent the application package with all documents, I guess they will not contact me again to send the documents as they are doing with the new procedure. Members please comment. Any input is highly appreciated.

My understandings are, your application has been processed following new Ministerial instructions which are for all Applicants who applied after 28 feb 08. So be calm and wait for their next contact. If your documents are complete and they accept your minimam 67 points, then soon you will get medical request and so on. If there is some doubt or any document they need in order to make a decision, they you will be contatced for supply those documents. Now when.... This is question that every applicant have and who knows is only CIC. Good luck
