What does it means "DECISION MADE" in my Permanent Residence Application Status

My husband who I have applied for his status on the CIC website online shows Decision Made and haven't received anything since then
Can someone please tell me what will happen after

Hi I am in same boat as my husband's application status online has changed from IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE it's been about 6 days since the status changed. My husband's application is New Delhi (India). Please can somebody tell me how long till they will ask for his passport

No my husband didn't receive that yet and to be honest I don't know what that is

No they haven't asked for his passport still waiting the online status changed from in process to decision made it's going to be 2 weeks this Friday that the online status has changed but immigration hasn't asked for his ppr yet

I know same here it's taking so long and yet even though his online status change we are still waiting
It's getting upsetting for me

He got his second medical done end of June and got his passport request just over a month ago and his visa office is New Delhi
