what does it mean

i am in my home country.i do send my resume to usa employer,sometimes when they respond to my job status they said,we have carefully considered your qualification while your skills are certainly impressive.please what do they really mean by this statement and what can i do?thanks

It's a nice way of saying they don't want you for the job. There's nothing you can do about it.
