Thank you.

You use a regular work permit form. Include a copy of her work permit (and evidence of your relationship) along with yours and write "open work permit, accompanying spouse" on the application. The form is generic, but CIC officers are pretty good at figuring out what it is that you want.

If your wife's work permit is NOC O, A or B, they should grant you an open work permit (and TRV) for the same length of time as her work permit (assuming that it's six months or longer as I recall).

If your wife has not yet applied for a work permit, you should include your application with hers.

My wife already apply and she is waiting for the visa , so I need to apply alone . Do you knou how much time will take all the proces for my? Some people say 3 weeks some 3 months other maybe more.
Thank you .

can it possible to apply online with spouse and child as main applicant in Canada and spouse and child are back home.

No still serching information how to do that.

You can apply on line, but the visa office which caters applications from the country which is your current permanent residence would process your application primarily. There might be some exceptions in certain circumstances, but not a general rule and you cannot enforce them.

Also your processing time depends upon the average processing times listed for your home country. It varies all over the world i.e. in some countries work permit processing average times are 8-12 weeks where as in some, they range up to an entire year.

But generally, if their is no strike and all of your docs are genuine and clear, you would probably be processed faster than the average time.
