What documents can I complete before ITA?

Some confusions i am getting rid off as I am very confident that I will be able to enter in the pool after the coming one. Only waiting for WES report

My question is can I get the following done before entering the pool so I can immediately submit my application when I get ITA.

1- Medical
2- Police cetificate
3- Any other thing which you guys/girls suggest.

However, to shortlist few important are:

- Digital photo
- Translations
- Job letters
- Funds proof
- If you have a relative in Canada then proof of relationship, and the proof of their status etc..
