The panel physician near me here in the USA did not use eMedical. This is because I was asked to bring passport photos. Once I was done with the tests I was given a receipt which described in extensive details the tests that were taken and the cost, etc. He said that in two weeks(max) I will receive another document in e-mail which will contain my photo, some unique ID etc.
Should I wait to get that document and upload that or should I upload the receipt given by the doctor?
