what do this email mean from NY office? ""now in the final stages of processing

I just received an email from NY office instructing me to update the IMM8, Schedule A and Family Composition form. The email said that" Your application for immigration to Canada is now in the final stages of processing." how long do i need to wait the next stage. i finished the ME last November.
any similar experiences?

Probably 2/3 months if everything is fine, then the COPR will be issued.

Thanks, did my background check finish or still in process? do you have similar experience? did they require my passport after issuing copr? Thanks again?

Mine is Ottawa, but I had response as:

I waited for 4 weeks and yesterday emailed them on status of my app. They were super fast in their response:

on how I should interpret this quick response from Ottawa (I sent yesterday night EDT and got reply today morning 8AM EDT)

"Your file has been forwarded to the officer for final review. Once their decision has been made, they will be in touch with you with the next steps of the immigration process."?

Based on your experience and wisdom (which this forum bears testimony), do you think I am close or far away? Last heard they initiated my security/background check on Feb. My prev post to you carries my timelines to refresh your memory.
