what details to fill while checking Application Processing Time?

Hi,

My Wife is a Permanent Resident of Canada (mississauga), and I am staying and resident of India.
She Applied my Application for family Sponsorship in Canada only. Now CIC sent the application to the Delhi (India).

so my Question is, while checking the Application Processing Time on CIC website (<CIC>/english/information/times/)
what details I have to fill for the Question:Where are you applying from? (required)

What are you applying for? (required)
Sponsoring a family member
Who are you sponsoring? (required)
Spouse or common-law partner living outside Canada
Where are you applying from? (required)
Canada Or ??

If your application was outland, then choose India.

Means I have to choose where the applicant lives or where the sponsor filled the application?
