HI all
My sponsor wife living out side Canada from 4 year and she always go back after one year of her job contract end and then get new Contract from Canada and come back, last year she did not go back to Canada after her contract end and she renew her job Contract living here so what date should here

A) My sponsor has been living outside Canada since _/__ _. mm ??

Should be simple answer, isn't it? Put the date the last time your Sponsor left Canada.

It would be from the date that your wife was last not resident in Canada. So from my understanding, it would be the date that she left Canada 4 years ago. Even if she went back in the interim, she wasn't "living" in Canada.
