A full-time job by itself doesn’t automatically count as a valid Express Entry offer. The occupation, TEER level, LMIA or qualifying exemption, and the employer’s commitment after PR all matter. A TEER 4 home support role generally won’t qualify as an arranged employment offer for FSW, so don’t claim it just because it is full-time.
