So here is the situation. My case (FSW2) is in the process at Moscow VO. In Nov 2010 they've requested Meds which I've done and send beginning of Dec. As per CAIPS they've got and processed it on Dec, 10th but since that I did not hear any news from them. eCas shows "In process" and "We received your app .... blablabla" which means it did not get even to background check phase yet, right?
Two more things here: there is no medical evaluation there for my spouse and BF'd date was in a past, about a month to the date when CAIPS notes were generated. It does not seem to be normal, does it?
