What can be the lowest score for FSW this year

I have heard that FSW score is not going to fall below 430 this year after sibling and french points change??

I have no idea how this change makes any difference

From the start of this year I hv been hearing that score might fall down to even 415...but now I am not sure

Please can anyone tell me the real situation!

Means people can get more points, possibly increasing the general average. Since no one outside IRCC knows the current pool, that's all speculation.

Focus on your own application, look for ways to increase your CRS if you're determined to enter. Retaking the IELTS is the usual option.
