Hi,

I have been in canada on a visitor record and have been getting ready to apply for PR. I only realised recently that I should apply outland but didn't have time to get my medical done before my visitor record expired. I have applied using mycic to extend it - what are the chances of it being accepted/refused?

Did you apply for the VR extension before or after your old VR expired?

If you did it before the expiration, then you will probably get an extension.

Another thing to do: include a copy of the receipt for your PR (to show them you are serious). It's probably too late now, but I figured I'd point it out as another bit to include next time.
