What are the chances to succeed without an LMIA (i'm married , 10 years of software engineering , my language tests are good enough) . and how long does it take ?
I'm just thinking of a B plan in case my LMIA procedure fails !

Use the above tool. If you have 450 or above, then you are good, otherwise chances are low.

Can you share your score?

Without LMIA or nomination it's 366 ! I guess my only hope is LMIA now
Even if your LMIA is approved, your CRS is only 415. I'm not sure if it will be sufficient to secure an ITA, but let's wait and see the cutoff for next draw.

Are you sure you've maxed out the language scores? Coz 366 seems low for a good clb score.

my language score is :

Comprehension ecrite : score 278/300 niveau C2
Comprehension orale : score 343/360 Niveau C2
Expression ecrite : score 344/450 niveau B2
Expression orale : score 361/450 niveau C1

R:7 S:8.5 L:5.5 W:6

Unless your job is a senior position (NOC 00XX), then you will get 200 pts for LMIA, otherwise maximum is 50 pts.

I thought LMIA was worth 600 pts , and a non LMIA job offer is worth 50 pts , at least that's what i've read. i'm realy confused now !

Yes, LMIA was worth 600 pts, but no 50 pts for non LMIA job.

With the recent changes, after Nov 19th, maximum pts for LMIA is only 200 pts for NOC 00xx jobs, and 50 pts for the rest.

Well, try to improve your english score or gain more exp or go with PNP route. IRCC pretty much fixed the LMIA backdoor.
