I currently work in the AML department for an MNC in India with a total of 3.5 years of work experience. My IELTS score is 7.5. I have recently received my offer of admission for the Financial Services Compliance Administration Program at Seneca College as I wish to develop my career in the said field. It is an eight month diploma program with a one month field placement in the industry. Upon completion of the course I would be required to complete a compliance administration field placement or an industry project as part of the program requirements. A field placement co-ordinator will work placement and/or project opportunities within a variety of institutions. What are the chances of getting placed permanently placed in the related field? Or would i have to take up another course to extend my stay?
