Like my older sister is 28 and she has completed ACCA in Pakistan.......so she will be applying for a 4 years BBA Accounting Degree in Sheridan College

well my older sister completed ACCA and is now registering for the Business administration Accounting Degree in Sheridan College.

And my little sister is doing AS level and registering for the same course.......she is also in accounting

Yar bhai mene bhi AS level kya ha bhi and aik advice dun instead of simple colleges ap aise college me apply kro jo Uni se affiliated ho. Mene International College of Manitoba at The University of Manitoba apply kya tha. Thy consider you a UNI applicant and give visa aswell. Normally ye yaad rakhn aACCA k upar visa mil jna near impossible ha ajkal coz Canada me aur Apkistan me ACCA ka scope bohot hi kam ha and normally visa officer gives these reasons for refusal:

1. U won't leave Canada
2. Limited Employment

I would suggest ap kisi Uni me admission le lo and wen u get the visa ap canada ja k admission wagera beshaq change kr lo and get fees refunded from UNI. This is a legal way of doing it

Bro apki elder sis ne already ACCA kya hua ha nd that is equivalent to an Undergrad degree. If you go for BBA visa Officer will say course mismatch. Also it is stupid to go for an Undergrad degree again once you already have one. And you should write a very strong SOP aswell to strengthen your case. Baqki aik aur masla ha jo maybe visa ko effect kre. wo ha family ties. Visa officer can think k yaar in dono larkion ka bhai 5 saal se bahar ha and now dono bhene ikhati ja rai ha, maybe they are planning to settle in Canada aur phr wo reject kr de.

To overcome this apko boht strong SOP likhna hogi yar ok baki best of luck. mene discourage nai kya pko mene bus jo galtian thi wo btain ha apko, If you can overcome those then you'll Insha Allah get visa.

Also go to lower left side of spreadsheet and see college applicants only for 2012. Nowadays literally 5 out 0f 100 ha colleg applicants ka and ACCA and diplomas are very weak cases

Okay I just spoke to my friend who got the visa in 25 days when he applied 3 months ago in Pakistan..........i am surprised he told me something that no one here told me. He said you can now apply for Student visa online and you don't have to send your previous educational transcript to Canadian Embassy. You just have to scan your bank statement, passport, TOEFL result, acceptance letter from college............and that's it.

Now tell me, since we dont have to send our previous educational documents to Canadian embassy.............they would never know about my sister ACCA or previous education and therefore she can easily get it right??

bhai to aap study me itne gap ko kese justofy kro ge? so be honest and u shid tell thm everythng. ap ki SIS 28 ki ha agar wo apna ACCA ka nabheje to VO will strait away thnk k ye aewaen sirf canada me ghusne k lye study permit dhoondh rai ha. U have to justify the Gap in studies ok wrna to seedha seedha refusal hoga and you have to send previous documnts bhai kin khush fehmi me ho, me khyd janta hun online apply ka u hav to show everytng sirf faida ye ha that scaning krni hoti ha and its quiker. atleast apke case me to must ha prevoius dikhana

Just think k ur sis did ACCA suppose 5 years ago and then you don't tell VO that to dekho and you would assume VO is dumb enuf that he would belive your sister was sitting idle after high school doing nothing and suddenly she got a revelation that she wants to do BBA from Canada, provided that her brother is in canada, for VO things add up that she is not a lgitimate student and just wants Study permit to get into Canad and settle there. And jb aap apne forms me likho ge abt previous education you cant lie there, coz unke computer system k cheks me everythng is verified from Higher education commision and eventually they will come to know abt the ACCA and your sis can get baned for 5 years from entring canada for the reason of MISREPRESENTATION. Be honest and truthful sb kuch seedha seddha btao and HOPE FOR THE BEST!

If ACCA is her top education achieved then you have to fill in the validated form..where it asks you your highest level of education, from and to..and place.. you can't deny that.

Bro, there are several weaknesses in your elder sis Case.

1 - ACCA = Undergraduate Degree . 1 undergraduate degree hote hoey again undergraduate degree.
Result: Refusal. (India main same situation pr visa mil jata hai but not in Pakistan.)
Solution: Go for Master degree

2 - if you hide your ACCA then how you justify your GAP. Undergraduate main more then 5 year GAP per to collage main admission bhi nhi milta, or visa tu milta hi nhi hai even ap justify bhi kr lo. 99% rejection hoti hai iss case main. But if you still want to try, go ahead. ho sakta hai wo 1% lucky app hi hon jin ko visa mil jata hai. or hain ugr app ni ACCA hide keya tu again kabi bhi app ye show nhi karwa sakain gain. Means if you got a rejection and wants to reapply or in the future you wants to try for immigration you are unable to show your this ACCA.
Solution: Show your ACCA along with some relevant experience.

3 - Brother is in CA is equal to Weak home ties. With the help of some relevant work experience and Strong SOP you may overcome on this problem.

4 - Plus point is being a female candidate she has a Slightly positive edge.




You are not bound to follow these guidelines.

Yes, if she has a bachelor or undergrad degree already, go for graduate certificate or post graduate diploma. You can even select one year graduate certificate programs offered at various colleges instead of two if money is a concern.

I think 2 years course is much better because then you get a 3 years post graduate work permit and then u can easily apply for PR

Yes thats the plus point of two year program. You can even do 1 year diploma + 1 year diploma simultaneously to get 3 year PGWP.

what doesn't make sense to me..........my friend did half ACCA and he also took some courses of CA

And he is saying he never uploaded his previous educational documents on cic website when he was applying for student visa online

He just scanned and uploaded passport copies, TOEFL result, bank statement and George brown college acceptance letter.........that's it and he got the visa in one month

Can anyone explain this? How is this possible? Why would he get the visa without showing his educational documents?

CIC doesn't ask for previous documents. They are optional and applicants uploaded just for the sake of better chances of visa.

The Point is that, what applicants declare in forms. If he hides some thing embassy has nothing to do with it. But in future if he shows it, embassy refuses him even assessing his file due to misrepresentation and impose minimum 2 year ban on it.

On the other hand it is always advised that hide your incomplete education.
