I'm not entirely sure how the process works for WHV. All I know is there's some lottery if demand exceeds quota. How do the rounds of invitation work? When does the season start and end? What are my chances as an Hong Kong citizen to get an invitation? Thanks.

It's a random lottery regardless of whether demand exceed the quota.

You'll need to create a new profile for 2020 if you want to enter. Typically this opens up sometime in late November / early December.
