Someone please tell me will I be able to get admission in any university in Canada

You should be able to get entry into a University (there are many) but not any University you want.

For example Top University's usually take only Students in the top 10% especially for highly competitive Engineering, Medical etc type Programs.

Have you looked around and searched for some University Programs?
