I have added my profile into the general Express Entry pool. But I am only getting 430.
I initially assumed that Quebec would not want to have french people coming in.
Is there any chance to get a Canadian PR through the Quebec immigration program with my profile:
TEF Canada test: C2, C2, C1, C2.
IELTS: CLB 9.
3.5 years work experience.
100k+ founds.
