To get 50 points of skills transferability factors you should have at least 9 in the 4 sections of your first language test plus at least 3 years of experience.

that's the reason. to get 50 you need CLB 9 in all 4 language skills

That is not correct. There are two ways to receive the 50 points for education:

In combination with language results

Or:

In combination with Canadian work experience.

So, Maria, you are correct, normally you should receive 50 points for this.

However, do remember that you can only get a maximum of 100 points for skills transferability in total, and a max for work experience and education of 50 points each. So if you are already getting some of these points through other combinations, you would not get the maximum for education in combination with Canadian work experience.

Please post the break down of your points here so we can check.

Yes one can get 100 points max in skills transferbility factor m only seeing 50 when it should be 75 since I have celpip 7 in all 4 levels so 25 points for that n the post secondary education plus 2 yrs of cec should also get me 50 not 25?

Age: 110
Education: 128
Celpip score: 122
Cec work exp: 53
skills trans factor: 50

Um, yeah - but as I explained before, there are two ways to get 50 points. One is combining your education with the language test results, as you correctly say. But the other way is to combine your education with your Canadian work experience.

What Maria is saying is that she meets the criteria for receiving 50 points based on her education and her Canadian work experience. So the language test results are not relevant for this.

If you read the link that you posted carefully, you will see that this is how it works.
